To Read and Save Email

• The Main Menu Page for Auction Seller

• On the Main Menu for Auction Seller
• Click on the Read and Save Email

• To Open the Mail Click on the View Mail In Box

• With Microsoft Outlook
• Check the Allow Access Option
• Select a time
• Click Yes

To Save the information from the emails, select the row with your mouse of the email you want to save

Save in the order of emails for

• New Listings
• End of Auction
• Payments

• New Listings
• End of Auction
• Payments

• Click on the Check and Save button

• For New Listings you are the shown the information, you only need to click on the save button

• For End of Auction Sold you are the shown the information, you only need to click on the save button

• For End of Auction Not Sold you are the shown the information, you only need to click on the save button

• For End of Auctions you can select to add the item to be added to the Re-List Reminder.
• For New Listings and End of Auction Click on the Save Button

• For PayPal Payments where the buyer's email is the same as the email address in the End of Auction email you will be taken to this screen

• In most cases the Buyers name and address requires no correction, but in some cases you may need to re-format the Buyers name and address

• Once You have saved the information you will have the option to send an email to the buyer and to print a packing slip
