You can use the Clear Number 5 option at the bottom of the grid to
remove the 5 digits you have entered from the puzzle - any digits from
the original grid can not be removed. |

or box of 3 x 3, the illegal digit will be highlighted in red as with
the 1 in the first box of 3 x 3 squares in this example |
